? Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh
? Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the daily car washing operations
• Lead and manage the washing team
• Ensure proper washing and cleaning quality
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline and productivity
• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with proper quality
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution
• Maintain daily operational reports
• Ensure proper use and availability of washing material & equipment
Candidate Profile:
• Previous experience in supervision / car washing / automobile service preferred
• Valuable communication and team-handling skills
• Responsible, punctual and disciplined
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps / Excel will be an advantage
• Candidates from Agra preferred
