Role Description This full-time Senior Service Desk Engineer role is based in Bengaluru in a hybrid work model,



combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility of working from home for part of the week. The Senior Service Desk Engineer will provide advanced technical support to internal users, acting as an escalation point for complex incidents and service requests. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues; managing ticket queues; and ensuring timely, accurate communication with stakeholders. The role will help maintain service desk standards, document solutions and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge bases. The engineer will also mentor junior team members, coordinate with other IT teams, and support implementation of recent tools and technologies that enhance service delivery and user experience.
Qualifications

Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills, with experience resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
Hands-on experience in help desk
