Role Description The Sales Manager – MICE & Holidays is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This position is responsible for developing and managing sales for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) as well as holiday packages, with a focus on building and maintaining solid relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to meet revenue and growth targets. The role also involves coordinating with operations and product teams to design tailored itineraries, ensure service quality, and manage client expectations before, during, and after travel. The Sales Manager will track market trends, maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts, and represent the brand at industry events, sales calls, and client meetings within the region.
Qualifications

Experience in sales and business development within travel, hospitality, or MICE and holiday packages, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, including engaging corporate clients, travel agents, and partners, and providing high-quality customer service.
