The B.Sc. program in Mechanical Engineering at KIT has been designed specifically for international students who do not speak German, yet want to pursue engineering studies at a leading German Technical University. In addition, the engineering courses are combined with a high level of additional services comparable to a college structure known from the Anglo-American university system (CBS College Program). The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)



program in Mechanical Engineering (International) at Carl Benz School is completed over a duration of 3 years (6 semesters). The program begins with a so-called Pre-Semester a preparatory course in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English for students that receive indirect admission. After two years of intermediate studies, which cover the basic concepts of Mechanical Engineering, students can choose to specialize in either Applied Materials, Energy, Global Production Management or Mobility Systems. Students will graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree from KIT, equipping them for leadership roles in the engineering workforce, advanced graduate studies, and cutting-edge research opportunities worldwide.
