Role Overview
As a Cold Calling Executive, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying appointments through outbound calls to US based distributors and wholesalers. Your primary objective is to initiate conversations, identify decision-makers, assess interest, and set up qualified opportunities for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a structured approach to outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls to distributors and wholesalers in the US
Identify and connect with key decision-makers (Owners, Directors, Procurement Managers)
Introduce the company’s products/services clearly and professionally
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Handle objections and gatekeepers effectively
Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in CRM systems
Meet daily and weekly KPIs related to calls, connections, and qualified leads
Work during US business hours as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of experience in B2B cold calling or outbound lead generation
Prior experience calling US markets is strongly preferred
Clear and confident spoken English with US accent
Ability to handle rejection and maintain call discipline
Robust listening and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
