Position Overview
Nirali Food Machinery is looking for a Technical Sales Executive with a background in Mechanical Engineering who can handle customer enquiries through CRM, understand customer requirements, explain suitable machinery technically, follow up professionally, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
The candidate should have good technical understanding, computer knowledge, communication skills and a strong interest in sales.
Key Responsibilities
➜ Attend customer enquiries assigned through the company CRM
➜ Call customers and understand their exact requirement, application, production capacity and budget
➜ Identify and recommend the most suitable machine according to the customer's requirement
➜ Explain machine specifications such as capacity, motor HP, material, dimensions, working process and available models
➜ Explain the difference between various machine models and help customers select the correct option
➜ Share machine quotations, specifications, photos, videos and other required details with customers
➜ Regularly follow up with customers through the CRM
➜ Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, quotations and customer discussions in the CRM
➜ Handle customer questions regarding machine performance, pricing, specifications, capacity and application
➜ Handle basic customer objections and negotiate professionally
➜ Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed sales orders
➜ Coordinate with the technical and production teams for special customer requirements or customized machinery
➜ Coordinate internally after order confirmation regarding payment, production and dispatch
➜ Maintain skilled relationships with customers and ensure proper communication throughout the sales process
Qualification
➜ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
➜ Candidates with a mechanical or machinery-related educational background will be preferred
Experience
➜ 1–3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Machinery Sales, Industrial Equipment Sales
