Role Description The Sales Executive – Ambernath role at Castonica Digital is a full-time, in office position based in Ulhasnagar.



The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for performance marketing and digital transformation services. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, understanding their business objectives, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and delivery teams to align client expectations with service offerings and ensure smooth onboarding. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM, track pipeline metrics, and provide regular sales reports while consistently working toward individual and team revenue targets.
