About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead a real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, developing business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team.
Drive sales and revenue growth for the company's real estate projects.
Generate and convert leads through direct sales, channel partners, brokers, referrals, and other sources.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.




Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Manage and expand the channel partner network.
Conduct regular sales performance reviews and take corrective actions where required.
Ensure timely follow-up and effective conversion of prospective customers.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance, and project teams to ensure a smooth sales and customer experience.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to build a high-performing team.
Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
Candidate Requirements
7+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably in a managerial/leadership position.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and sales cycle.
