Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at a Vetic clinic. This role includes managing the store’s staff, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining the clinic’s visual standards and cleanliness.



The Store Manager will drive customer satisfaction by supervising service quality, handling escalations, and supporting pet parents throughout their visit. They will track sales and operational metrics, implement retail loss prevention practices, and coordinate with veterinarians and grooming teams to align clinic schedules and resources. The role also involves training team members, enforcing standard operating procedures, and supporting local marketing initiatives to grow the clinic’s presence.
