Role Description The Human Resources Executive at Glintred is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities and supporting the employee lifecycle. This role involves overseeing HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and assisting with performance management processes. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and help implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
