Role Description The 3PL Sales role is a full-time, in office position based in Daskroi. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in logistics, warehousing, and distribution, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients in target sectors such as FMCG, chemicals, white goods, pharma, and e-commerce. The individual will conduct client meetings, present tailored 3PL solutions, prepare proposals and quotations,



and negotiate terms to close sales in line with company goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with operations and warehouse teams to ensure service quality, and monitoring market trends to refine sales strategies. The role also includes regular reporting on sales performance, contributing to forecasts, and participating in training or development activities to enhance product and industry knowledge.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and maintain long-term relationships.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, convert opportunities, and achieve revenue targets within a 3PL or logistics environment.
