We are looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Executive to build meaningful creator partnerships, execute impactful influencer campaigns, and drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Role Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will own the end-to-end influencer marketing process—from identifying and onboarding creators to executing campaigns, managing brand collaborations, and optimizing affiliate partnerships. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to grow PERCH's digital presence and strengthen its position in the D2C fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across fashion, lifestyle, men's grooming, and related categories.




Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, product seeding, campaign coordination, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and creator communities.
Develop and manage strategic brand collaborations and co-marketing partnerships.
Recruit and manage affiliate partners to drive traffic, sales, and customer acquisition.
Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, and ROAS.
Coordinate with internal creative, content, social media, and marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Monitor industry trends, emerging creators, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare campaign reports and recommend data-driven improvements for future campaigns.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience
