Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for Avaomme Group’s IT services. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals,



and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also involves managing key accounts, maintaining long-term client relationships, and coordinating with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure client needs are met. The Business Development Executive will track market trends, provide feedback on customer requirements, and contribute to sales targets and growth strategies.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing leads.
Strong Business and Account Management capabilities to handle client portfolios, manage expectations, and support customer retention.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex IT solutions clearly and persuasively.
Experience in IT services or software development sales, preferably with exposure to international
