Role Description The Copywriter role at BlakSno is a part-time, hybrid position based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Copywriter will craft transparent, engaging copy for digital and print channels, including social media posts, website content, ad campaigns, and marketing materials. Daily tasks include writing and editing content, developing messaging that aligns with brand strategy, and preparing press releases and promotional copy. The role involves collaborating with designers, marketers,



and developers to ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms, as well as proofreading and refining copy based on feedback and performance data.
Qualifications
Strong writing skills with experience in marketing copy and press releases.
Excellent communication abilities, including clear, concise, and audience-focused messaging.
Proficient proofreading skills with attention to grammar, style, and brand consistency.
Understanding of basic marketing principles and digital channels (social media, web, email).
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage part-time hours, and meet deadlines reliably.
Prior experience in advertising, branding, or digital marketing is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is an advantage.
