Role Description The Human Resource Intern will support HR operations and people initiatives across the organization in a full-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Gurugram, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.



Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and helping with HR documentation and policy implementation. The intern will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, assist with coordination of learning and development activities, and support HR data management and reporting. The role involves close collaboration with HR team members, ensuring timely support for employees and adherence to internal processes.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support day-to-day HR operations.
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Perks, including basic compliance and documentation requirements.
Ability to assist with Personnel Management activities, such as maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding.
