The Client Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna.
This position is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring clear and timely communication about case status.
The role involves maintaining client records, coordinating with legal staff to relay updates, and supporting clients through the legal process with empathy and professionalism. The Client Relations Specialist will also gather feedback to improve client experience, support basic administrative tasks, and help ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust in the practice.

Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a client-facing or administrative role, preferably in a legal or qualified services environment.
Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with confidential information.
Candidates should have proficiency with basic office software and communication tools; familiarity with legal terminology is an advantage.
Candidates should hold at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fields such as business, communications, or a related discipline.
