Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Pune City. The Civil Engineer will work closely with project managers and site teams to plan, design, and supervise civil works for residential and commercial developments. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings, coordinating structural and stormwater management solutions,



and ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards. The role involves monitoring site execution, resolving technical issues, conducting quality checks on materials and workmanship, and preparing progress reports and documentation. The Civil Engineer will also collaborate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to support project scheduling, budgeting, and successful delivery.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real estate and construction projects.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on planning, coordination, and execution of site activities for residential or commercial developments.
Candidate must have experience of billing.
Candidate must have experience working with PMC.
Candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience in construction execution.
