Role Description As an Academic Counselor at StringStack.ai, you will guide learners and job aspirants in choosing suitable programs, career paths, and skill-building opportunities. You will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions,



understand each learner’s background and goals, and provide tailored recommendations based on industry trends and program offerings. Daily activities include explaining course structures, clarifying outcomes, supporting learners through the admissions process, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress. You will collaborate with trainers and program managers to align learner needs with available resources, and proactively follow up with prospective and enrolled learners to ensure engagement and satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Qualifications

Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to listen actively, ask probing questions, and offer clear, practical guidance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex information simply and build trust with diverse learners.
