Key Responsibilities
Ensure that designs are high quality, meet specifications as per customer requirements.
Preferable, knowledge of RFQ feasibility should know RFQ study after 3D model receipt from customer.
Responsible for 3D Modelling of components
Responsible to ensure the right gating calculations and layout methoding.
Mandatory Skills
The candidate should well versed with the following:
Deep knowledge of Grey Iron & SG iron melting process, Patterns & Core boxes
Well versed with the Casting inspection methods & drawing reading.
Feasibility Study (Costing / PPAP / APQP / CSR) BOM.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Solid works / NX / Creo required.

This is a full time on-site role located in Hoshiarpur, Punjab.
Key Responsibilities
Drives the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
Updating maintenance operating procedures and schedules to incorporate the changes.
Apart from Planning, Execution all Maintenance activities.
Preventive, Predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Plant Turnaround planning.
Failure Analysis and Trouble shooting.
Work in coordination with Production team and other teams to set objectives to achieve 100% Plant reliability and Equipment down time.
Spare part Management.
