Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mahoba. The individual in this role will be responsible for sourcing and managing housing loan customers, building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and guiding them through the end-to-end loan process.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting customer meetings, assessing financial profiles, ensuring timely documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement. The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Senior Relationship Manager is expected to contribute to branch-level sales targets and support sustainable business growth in the local market.
