We are looking for a motivated and experienced Country Counsellor who can effectively manage both B2C student counselling and B2B partner relationships.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Country Counsellor will be responsible for counselling students on international education opportunities while also supporting business development and relationship management with B2B partner consultancies.





The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and should have solid communication, counselling, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
B2C – Student Counselling
Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities.
Understand student profiles, academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial considerations.
Recommend suitable countries, courses, institutions, and study options.
Handle leads through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and counselling sessions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert qualified leads.
Address student and parent queries throughout the counselling and admission process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling activities, and conversion status.
Achieve individual counselling and conversion targets.

B2B – Partner Management & Business Development
Develop and maintain relationships with study-abroad consultants and partner age
