ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager, Noida/Mum/Blr with strong analytical and client management skills.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams - ensuring projects run smoothly, client expectations are met, and opportunities for growth are identified. You’ll be responsible for staying on top of follow-ups (FU) with your assigned accounts,
maintaining consistent communication, and supporting clients with insights and analysis to drive business outcomes.

We are about 700+ people solid and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own assigned client accounts as the primary point of contact, managing relationships, follow-ups, meetings, requirements, and issue resolution.




• Drive new business and account growth across enterprise clients through Staff Augmentation, Product Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, and Outcome-Based Projects.
• Develop and manage sales opportunities with large enterprises, banks, financial institutions, government organizations, PSUs, and other large institutions.
• Build relationships with CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, Engineering Heads, Procurement teams, government stakeholders, and institutional decision-makers to create and close opportunities.
• Identify and pursue government tenders, RFPs, institutional projects, and large transformation programs, coordinating internally for proposals and commercial closure.
• Identify and drive upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and wallet share.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Technology, Recruitment, Presales, and Leadership teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements and commitments.
