About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Sourcing Executive - West Pune to build and manage relationships with channel partners and generate business through the channel partner network. The role involves identifying recent channel partners, onboarding them, maintaining relationships, and driving leads and site visits through the network.

Job Details:
Location: Baner & Tathawade, Pune.
Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days working.
Work Mode: Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new channel partners for real estate projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Regularly connect with channel partners to generate leads and business.




Communicate project details, offers, pricing, and updates to channel partners.
Encourage channel partners to generate site visits and bookings.
Follow up with channel partners on leads and prospective customers.
Conduct regular meetings and visits with channel partners.
Expand the channel partner network across assigned locations.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Track channel partner performance, leads, site visits, and conversions.
Achieve monthly sourcing and business targets through channel partners.

Must-Have Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Prior experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
Experience in channel partner management or real estate sales.
Strong network and understanding of local channel partners.
