We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect / Technical Architect to define and drive the technical vision for a scalable, secure, and high-performance Patient Access Platform. This is a senior technical leadership role for an architect with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
The role will focus on building modern, resilient technology solutions that can support complex healthcare workflows and large-scale enterprise requirements. You will provide architectural direction while working closely with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term technology roadmap for the platform.
Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
Lead platform modernization,



scalability, performance optimization, and reliability initiatives.
Establish architecture standards, engineering principles, development practices, and technical governance.
Drive adoption of microservices, event-driven architecture, API-first design, and cloud-native technologies.
Design and review distributed systems capable of supporting high-volume enterprise workloads.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
Mentor architects, technical leads, senior engineers, and engineering teams.
Promote automation, observability, continuous delivery, and engineering excellence.
