This role is responsible for aligning technology capabilities with business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable digital solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine robust Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, and IT Strategy expertise with an understanding of enterprise operations. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define technology roadmaps, and implement solutions that improve processes, data visibility, collaboration, and overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with medical and operational business objectives.




Define and maintain technology roadmaps supporting digital transformation and long-term growth.
Evaluate existing applications, infrastructure, workflows, and technology capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on process automation, operational efficiency, and improved user experiences.
Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and introduce scalable technology solutions.
Partner with medical and operations leadership to understand business challenges and translate them into technology requirements.
Drive integration of business applications, platforms, data systems, and operational tools.
Evaluate technology solutions and recommend platforms, architectures, and implementation approaches.
Establish IT strategies that improve reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
Lead cross-functional technology projects from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.
