Key Responsibilities
Manage the clinic reception and serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
Welcome patients and guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
Handle patient inquiries through in-person interactions, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments.




Maintain accurate patient and appointment records.
Coordinate with doctors, consultants, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Provide patients with relevant information regarding appointments, procedures, and clinic services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Handle basic administrative and front-office responsibilities.
Assist with billing, payment coordination, receipts, and other front-desk transactions when required.
Follow clinic policies and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain daily appointment schedules and ensure timely coordination with the clinical team.
