We are looking for a Community Manager who can build and nurture Beastlife's community of athletes, fitness enthusiasts, influencers, high-value customers and brand advocates.
About the Role
You will own the day-to-day relationship with Beastlife's most engaged and valuable consumers — turning them from customers and followers into active members of the Beastlife community.
The role will involve building engagement programs across online and offline platforms, creating exclusive experiences, organising community initiatives, facilitating product testing and ensuring that the voice of our community reaches the Brand and NPD teams.
You will be at the centre of conversations with the people who use, influence and love Beastlife.




What You’ll Do
Build and manage a strong community of athletes, fitness enthusiasts, influencers, high-value customers and brand advocates.
Develop and execute online and offline community engagement programs that create meaningful interactions with Beastlife.
Build exclusive experiences such as community meetups, fitness events, training sessions, product experiences, workshops and athlete/influencer interactions.
Identify and nurture high-potential community members who can become long-term Beastlife advocates and ambassadors.
Create structured focus groups and product-testing communities for upcoming launches.
Coordinate the distribution of new product samples to selected community members and collect structured feedback on taste, experience, packaging, product efficacy and overall perception.
Gather feedback from existing customers and community members to identify product improvement opportunities
