Role Description The Delmia Ortems Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Delmia Ortems advanced planning and scheduling solutions for clients.



This role involves analyzing manufacturing and supply chain processes, gathering business requirements, and translating them into effective Ortems configurations and workflows. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and project managers, to design planning scenarios, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployments. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining master data, developing scheduling models, providing user training and support, documenting solution designs and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of planning and scheduling practices. The role also includes participation in client workshops, preparing technical and functional documentation, and advising on best practices for integrating Ortems with ERP and MES systems.
