Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site MEP Supervisor to oversee project execution from commencement through testing and final handover to the client.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate contractors, technicians, vendors, and other site teams.
Plan and monitor material requirements, raise timely indents, and follow up on deliveries.
Verify material quantities, quality, usage, and availability at the site.
Track progress, maintain site records, and report delays or technical issues.
Conduct quality and safety inspections.




Coordinate testing, snag rectification, documentation, and client handover.
Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant site-supervision experience.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline.
Practical knowledge of MEP drawings, installation methods, and material requirements.
Good coordination, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Basic proficiency in Excel and site documentation.
Salary
