We’re hiring one Social Media Associate. Read the full post before applying, especially the on-camera part.

What you’ll do

• Be on camera. You will shoot reels, talking-head videos, trend formats and behind-the-scenes content for Brandmizer and for client brands. This is a core part of the role, not an occasional ask.
• Shoot and edit short-form video on your phone .
• Plan and write content — hooks, scripts, captions, hashtags.
• Research trends, competitor pages and viral formats weekly, and bring ideas that we can actually execute.
• Assist on client shoots and AI-generated content production.
• Schedule posts, track basic performance (reach, saves, shares, follows)



and report what worked and what didn’t.

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable and confident on camera. If you hesitate here, this role is not for you.
• Good spoken Hindi and English. Clear, natural delivery.
• Basic video editing skills — reels, cuts, captions, transitions.
• Actually uses Instagram daily and understands what’s trending right now.
• Owns a decent smartphone.
• Available full-time, in office in Bhopal.
• Takes feedback fast and doesn’t need to be reminded twice.

Bonus (not mandatory)

• Canva / Photoshop basics
• Have run your own Instagram page or created content before
• Curiosity about AI tools for content creation
