Role Description :
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for leading people operations and HR strategy across the venture-building ecosystem. The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities involve designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.



The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, support learning and development initiatives, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Favcy’s purpose-led mission. The role also involves partnering with leadership and venture teams on organizational design, compensation frameworks, and engagement programs to support growth and retention.

Qualifications:
Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance in India, and best practices in people operations.
