Role Description The Destination Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Cooch Behar. This role manages day-to-day coordination of tour itineraries, including booking accommodations, transportation, and activities aligned with guest preferences. The Destination Executive communicates with travelers and partners to confirm schedules, handle queries, and resolve service issues promptly. The role includes preparing destination information, maintaining accurate records of bookings,



and supporting the development of customized packages. The Destination Executive collaborates closely with internal teams and local vendors to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest experiences.
Qualifications

Strong destination management and tour coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and itineraries accurately.
Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with travelers, vendors, and colleagues in person, via phone, and online.
Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities to manage schedules, handle last-minute changes, and maintain service quality.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with office applications and booking or reservation systems.
Knowledge of regional travel destinations, particularly mountain and nature-based tourism, and an interest in hospitality and travel.
Ability to work in office in Cooch Beha
