Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Kaman, responsible for overseeing customer relationships and commercial accounts in the poultry and feed business. Day-to-day tasks include managing existing client portfolios, responding to inquiries, coordinating orders and deliveries, and ensuring timely payment collections. The role involves preparing quotations, maintaining accurate sales and account records, and tracking performance against targets.



The Account Manager will collaborate with production and logistics teams to align client requirements with operational capabilities and resolve any service issues. The position also includes identifying recent business opportunities, supporting negotiations, and contributing to long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong account management and customer relationship skills, including experience handling commercial clients and resolving issues effectively.
Competence in sales, negotiation, and basic business development activities within agriculture, poultry, or related industries.
Proficiency in record-keeping, data entry, and use of spreadsheets or ERP/CRM tools for tracking orders, invoices, and account status.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and interact with diverse customers.
