Job Description
Position: Sales Executive – Solar Solutions (Office Lead – Uttar Pradesh)
Location: Uttar Pradesh
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: Management / Director
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who will not only drive solar sales but also act as the core operational person for our Uttar Pradesh office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, managing client relationships,



and supporting overall office operations to ensure smooth functioning and growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
Identifying and generating recent business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and direct client engagement.
Conducting site visits and client assessments to evaluate solar feasibility and provide accurate technical inputs.
Presenting customized solar solutions, proposals, and cost estimations to clients.
Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets, with a monthly target of 125 kW and an annual target of 1500 kW.
Managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Acting as the primary point of contact for the Uttar Pradesh office, ensuring coordination between clients,
