Role Description
Manage and Oversee overall day to day operations
Plan and Monitor production, delivery and manpower
Coordinate Production, Purchase, Stores , Quality and Maintenance
Manage Vendors, suppliers and job workers
Ensure timely delivery,quality and cost control
Monitor inventory, productivity and operational performance
Identify issues and implement process improvements




Lead and guide the operations team
Drive productivity , cost reduction,ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement

Qualifications
Experience in operations management in manufacturing industries.
Skills in Production planning, scheduling, quality control ,ISO compliance and coordinating production activities, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Knowledge of inventory control, procurement processes, quality control and vendor coordination.
Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and support a safe and inclusive workplace.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make operational decisions.
Relevant educational background in engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the renewable energy or wind turbine component sector is an advantage.
