About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst with strong HTML and CSS skills to join our agile marketing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing automation, campaign management, and hands-on email coding. You will play a crucial role in building, executing, and validating (QA)



our marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while also coding and troubleshooting responsive HTML/CSS email templates to ensure flawless rendering across devices and email clients

Key Responsibilities:
- Validation and Quality Check: Identify and streamline both manual and regression testing processes; perform validation checks on campaigns and rigorously test HTML emails using tools like Litmus or Return Path to identify and resolve rendering issues
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, creative teams, and external agencies to define quality metrics, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality campaign and email solutions.
- Campaign Operations & Email Development : Assist in the creation, segmentation, execution, and monitoring of email marketing campaigns, and convert design files into responsive HTML/CSS emails that render flawlessly across desktop and mobile devices.
