Role Description The Front Desk Staff Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area at Varniqa Skin Sciences. This role involves welcoming patients,



managing check-in and check-out processes, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating patient flow to ensure a smooth clinic experience. The individual will handle phone calls and digital inquiries, provide basic information about services, maintain accurate patient records, and support billing and payment processing under clinic protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing consultation rooms, assisting with non-invasive procedures under supervision (as permitted by clinic policy and training), and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, confidentiality, and patient comfort. Collaboration with dermatologists, nursing staff, and administrative team members is essential to deliver efficient, patient-first care.
