As a Luxury Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, generating leads, driving sales, nurturing long-term client relationships, and representing the Mehta & Sons brand with professionalism and elegance. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience
Welcome customers with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
Understand customer preferences and recommend jewellery that best suits their requirements.
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall showroom performance.
Generate inorganic leads via calling, tapping into personal networks and other creative methods.
Convert walk-in customers and other leads into successful sales opportunities through consultative selling.




Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections with empathy and professionalism.
Ensure orders are delivered end to end on time with utmost care and attention to detail.
Promote recent collections, exclusive launches, and loyalty initiatives.
Support all team sales as required.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct timely follow-ups for repeat purchases, festive occasions, anniversaries, and referrals.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Schedule appointments and proactively engage clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Product Expertise
Develop in-depth knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, gold purity, pricing, certifications, and craftsmanship.
Stay updated on luxury retail trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
