Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and ownership-driven Senior Full Stack Developer to join
our Engineering team with Experience of 4– 7 Years. The ideal candidate should possess strong
expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies, with the ability to design, develop,
and maintain scalable web applications. This role requires end-to-end ownership of application
development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a strong focus on performance,
code quality, and scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using up-to-date
frontend and backend technologies.
Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and
Express.js.
Design, optimize, and maintain databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality
software solutions.
Take ownership of application features from design and development through
deployment and maintenance.




Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term technical improvements.
