Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Marketing cum Personal Assistant to support the Co-Founder in day-to-day operations while assisting with marketing activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Draft emails, reports, and meeting minutes.
Handle confidential documents and records.
Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on tasks.
Assist with travel planning.

Marketing




Design marketing materials using Canva or Figma.
Support digital marketing and social media activities.
Generate leads through online marketing.
Assist in exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
Prepare marketing reports and competitor analysis.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good spoken and written English.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
Good knowledge of Canva, Figma, and digital marketing.

Preferred Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different responsibilities.
English and Kannada speaking is preferred.
