Role Description The Solar Technician is a full time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems. Day-to-day tasks include mounting panels and related equipment, assisting with wiring and configuration, performing routine inspections,



and diagnosing and resolving technical issues in installed systems. The role involves conducting system performance checks, supporting preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and company procedures. The Solar Technician will collaborate with engineers and project teams, maintain accurate service records, and provide basic system operation guidance to customers when needed.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of solar systems and solar power technologies, with the ability to work on rooftop and ground-mounted installations.
Knowledge of the solar industry and power generation concepts, including grid-connected and off-grid systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical and electrical issues in solar installations.
Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, with familiarity in using hand tools, measurement devices, and safety equipment.
