Role Description The Business Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Nashik, responsible for driving branch business performance and ensuring sustainable growth in housing finance portfolios. This role includes overseeing sales and customer acquisition,



managing relationships with channel partners, and ensuring high-quality customer service and retention. The Business Manager will monitor key business metrics, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to expand reach within targeted segments, including rural and semi-urban customers. Daily tasks include supervising and mentoring the branch team, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining robust risk and credit discipline. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting process improvements, and representing Aavas in local market initiatives to strengthen the brand and customer trust.
