Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager who brings together strong technical (civil engineering) expertise with sales and marketing acumen. This is a dual-charter role suited to a candidate who can oversee on-ground project execution — planning, quality, timelines, vendor and contractor coordination — while also driving sales strategy, client relationships, and market positioning for ongoing and upcoming projects across our PAN-Bihar and Jharkhand locations.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Site Management
• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from initiation to handover, ensuring adherence to design, quality, safety,



and timeline standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation (manpower, material, machinery).
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and compliance with approved drawings, BIS codes, and local building regulations.
• Manage procurement and vendor negotiations for materials and services.
• Identify and resolve in office issues, delays, or risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals (RERA, municipal, environmental, labour laws, etc.).
• Prepare periodic progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) for management review.
Sales & Marketing
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive bookings/sales for residential and commercial units across project sites.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, broker
