About the Role:
Manufac Analytics Private Limited is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation
Executive/Manager to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients across global markets. The ideal
candidate should have experience in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and B2B
lead generation, with a passion for building sales pipelines and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute lead generation strategies using LinkedIn, email marketing, cold
calling, and other digital channels.
● Research and identify target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales
Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Yelp, and other lead databases.
● Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
● Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, emails, and phone calls.
● Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and assessing product fit.
● Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team.
● Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to create effective outreach campaigns,




newsletters, and LinkedIn content.
● Coordinate with the Creative team to develop compelling messaging and value propositions.
● Build relationships with industry professionals, participate in webinars, and promote the
company's products and services.
● Create and optimize email sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, and A/B testing strategies to
improve conversion rates.
● Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and analytics.
● Maintain accurate lead records and sales activities in HubSpot or other CRM systems.
● Stay updated with industry trends, target markets, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Business
Development.
● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
● Experience with email marketing,
