Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Import & Export Specialist to manage end-to-end
international sourcing, procurement, and import operations. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for identifying reliable overseas suppliers, negotiating commercial terms,
coordinating shipments, managing customs clearance, and ensuring timely delivery of
goods to India.
Candidates with experience in sourcing electronics and mobile phone
components will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate international suppliers, preferably from China.
Identify cost-effective suppliers while ensuring product quality and reliability.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Manage purchase orders and maintain robust supplier relationships.
Coordinate shipping, logistics, customs clearance, and import documentation.
Ensure compliance with import regulations and international trade requirements.
Monitor shipment timelines and resolve supply chain issues to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to support procurement and inventory requirements.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Import/Export, International Procurement, or Global Sourcing.
Strong knowledge of international trade, customs procedures, and import regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Experience in handling international suppliers and logistics operations.
Hands-on experience in sourcing electronics and mobile phone components is highly preferred.
Experience working with Chinese suppliers or manufacturers will be an added advantage.
