Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Inside Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will lead an inside sales team to drive investor acquisition and fleet expansion, manage inbound and outbound sales calls, and convert qualified leads into long-term partners. Responsibilities include building and maintaining robust relationships with prospective and existing investors, managing account portfolios, tracking sales performance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating with operations and fleet management teams to align offerings, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and using CRM tools to maintain accurate records. The Inside Sales Manager will also train and coach team members, monitor quality of interactions, and continuously optimize processes to meet revenue and growth targets.
