Role Description
The Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial transactions. This position involves maintaining books of accounts, processing vendor invoices and payments, and managing vendor accounts including reconciliation of outstanding balances and resolution of billing or payment discrepancies. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for GST-related activities such as reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B, as well as TDS deduction, timely deposit and reconciliation.



The role includes bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities along with preparation of relevant MIS reports. The Accounts Executive will also assist in internal and statutory audits, coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve queries, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and applicable tax regulations.
Qualifications
Robust knowledge of accounting principles, day-to-day bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance, with hands-on experience in vendor account reconciliation.
Practical experience in GST compliance including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B.
Experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in logistics, supply chain, eCommerce, or related service industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central 365, Tally ERP or similar accounting software, along with strong MS
