Key Responsibilities:

* Effective involvement in daily maintenance activity for machine shop
breakdown.
* Manage spare parts for improving downtime of machine.
* Support to achieve Zero Quality defects.
* Achieve Zero Safety Incidences in shop.
* Maintain 5S & TPM Score.
* Ensure preventive & predictive maintenance.
* Ensure that there is adherence to all Discipline norms by Associates, ITI .
* Monitor & control plant day to day issues.
* Ensure to update shop breakdown for history & analysis.
* Improving the quality by continuous improvement.
* Resolve improvement action items generated through kaizen safety round, TPM ,
CI etc .
* Maintain & Improve Housekeeping standards.
* Knowledge of the CNC machine, SPM , Electrical system / assembly & test cell




equipment.
* Maintain the discipline of the work force.
* Ensure machine safety & interfacing with other machine etc.
* LOTO Risk assessments and work permits & Safety practices implementation.
