? Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and e-commerce sales.
Plan, manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube and marketplaces.
Drive key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV and Marketing ROI.




Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Develop retention, remarketing and customer lifecycle strategies to increase repeat purchases and Customer Lifetime Value.
Improve customer journeys, website conversion rates and overall online shopping experience.
Manage digital marketing budgets, agencies and external partners for efficient resource utilization.
Conduct A/B testing, campaign optimization, attribution and performance analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking KPIs and marketing effectiveness.
Lead, mentor and develop the performance marketing team.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Content, Design and Sales teams to achieve business objectives.

10+ years of overall experience, preferably with strong experience in E-Commerce & Performance Marketing.
MBA/PGDM in E-Commerce + Digital Marketing.
