About the role:
We are looking for HR Coordinator to perform various People & Culture operation tasks and support our People & Culture department's daily activities
What you’ll achieve:
Support onboarding process:Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Support Offboarding activities: Processing required paperwork and F&F; settlement with Finance team.
Administer personnel files, data and other People & Culture documentations
Support and handle benefits related queries from employees.
Participate in organizing engagement activities/company events
Support and co-ordinate in any organization trainings or sessions being scheduled.
Assist in recruiting activities such as co-ordination for during interview.
About you:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration with 2+ years of experience in People Operations / HR or any other related field and are in or are willing to relocate to Pune
Strong operational hands-on experience, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Positive understanding of HR functions.
Tech-savvy with good experience in Microsoft Office and other HR tools.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Good communication skills with professional command of written and spoken English and have a people-first mindset.
